Well situated within walking distance of downtown area. King Suite was spacious and comfortable. Good servicing of room each day. Very quiet. Nice lobby bar. Does have a rooftop bar but closed during our stay due to weather.

The location of this hotel was great for a tourist who is happy to walk around a bit. I liked the personality of the hotel and it was nice not to be in one of those hotels which is the same in every city. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Large room that includes an additional sitting room/TV room/Office space. The comfortable bed is great and the bedding is excellent. The bathroom is spacious with a rainfall shower head. From the beginning the staff were helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome.

Good location within walking distance of shopping on the Magnificent Mile and many restaurants. The hotel is also a short twenty minute walk to the Loop theatre district. High tech finishes and a spacious rooms for Chicago.

beautiful suite, very clean, very comfortable. Great view of the city. roof terrace was good for a pre-night out drink staff friendly located right in the heart of the city within 2 minutes of good restaurants and pubs. 15 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach and shopping malls
